Terms & Conditions

You must be 18+ to use Othiri. If you are under 18, do not create an account or use the service.

• Be respectful; no harassment, hate, threats, or nudity.
• No spam, bots, scams, or fake/impersonation profiles.
• Follow all applicable laws in India.

• We explicitly prohibit Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) in all forms, including creation, possession, sharing, solicitation of CSAM, grooming, sexualisation of minors, or attempts to engage a minor on or off the service.
• Othiri is 18+ only. We may require age verification and remove accounts we reasonably believe belong to minors.
• We act swiftly on CSAE reports, restrict violating accounts/devices, preserve relevant data where required by law, and cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.

• CSAM (child sexual abuse material) in any format (images, video, audio, text, links, AI-generated or otherwise).
• Grooming (building trust with a minor for sexual purposes), including requests for sexual content, secrecy, or moving to private apps.
• Impersonating a minor or attempting to interact romantically/sexually with someone believed to be under 18.
• Any attempt to obtain, share, or trade sexual content of minors.

• In-app: Profile or chat → ••• → Block & Report (choose “Under 18/CSAE”, “Harassment”, “Scam/Impersonation”, etc.).
• Email (Child Safety POC): contact@othiri.com (include username/profile link, screenshots, timestamps where possible).
• We may warn, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

• Immediate removal of CSAE content/accounts upon good-faith belief of a violation.
• Good-faith preservation of relevant data and cooperation with lawful requests from competent authorities, consistent with applicable law.
• Repeat-offender and device-level restrictions where permitted by law.

• If you believe a minor’s data is present on Othiri, contact us: contact@othiri.com .
• Upon verified notice, we will take appropriate action including removal and, where applicable, notify authorities.
• We do not knowingly allow or collect data from anyone under 18.

• Always obtain clear, voluntary, and reversible consent before sharing personal information or meeting in person.
• Do not share another user’s photos, profile, chats, or contact details without their permission.
• Report non-consensual content or behavior via in-app reporting or email.

You own your content but grant us a license to display and moderate it in the app and related services. We may remove content that violates our guidelines or applicable law.

• All premium features — subscriptions (Othiri Silver and Othiri Gold) and one-time purchases (Boosts, Spotlights, Super Likes, Notes, Backtracks) — are sold and processed exclusively through Google Play Billing.
• Subscriptions are auto-renewing: they renew for the same price and period until you cancel. Prices and billing periods are shown at purchase in the app.
• You can cancel anytime from Google Play → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current paid period.
• Billing, cancellations, and refunds are handled in accordance with Google Play's payments and refund policies. To request a refund, use Google Play's refund process or contact us and we will assist where eligible.
• One-time purchases (consumables) are delivered immediately and are generally non-refundable once used, except as required by law or Google Play policy.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms or applicable law. You can delete your account at any time from within the app.

Othiri is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for user conduct or events outside our control.
